Returns & Refund Policy
Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items
When you receive defective or incorrectly shipped items, all you have to do is send us back the items within 48hrs upon receipt of your order. In these cases, we will cover your return shipping costs.
Please note that you are responsible for the returned products until they reach our store. All returns will be reviewed and inspected by The Phone Guy and we reserve the rights to refund/replace/repair the product. At our discretion, we will endeavour to perform remedies include:
● Full Refund; or
● Replacing product with a new item of same style and value
Steps to take:


1 Please make a copy of the postage receipt and email to claims@azod.com.au with your order ID
2 Once we receive your claim, we will contact you to arrange return shipping of the products
3 Once we receive the products, we will organise a refund or replacement depending on the circumstances
Change of Mind
We are proud to offer a 30 day Change of Mind Money Back Guarantee. In the event if you want to change your mind, simply send back the unwanted items and we will issue you a refund.
Please take note, Change of Mind Money Back Guarantee only applies when:
● The product is unused and in its original packaging in perfect condition
● You will cover your own return shipping cost
● The purchase value of the returned product will be refunded but not the original shipping costs if applicable
